Solihull Moors FC

John Shepherd are very excited to announce that we are going to be the main shirt sponsor for Solihull Moors FC for the next three years, after playing a role for the previous two years, this is a fantastic partnership that will hopefully help us bring us closer to the community and the people in it in a great way. Solihull Moors are a professional English football club, founded in 2007 by the merger of Moor Green and Solihull Borough. The home games are played at Damson Park, Solihull and they are a part of the national football league.

Gary Black described the partnership between Solihull Moors and John Shepherd as two incredibly different businesses which share the same core values and aspirations for the coming years;

“Shepherds have always supported local clubs but we wanted to take that further by entering into partnerships with like minded people through sponsorship. Solihull Moors is a perfect fit in so many respects – our future visions are the same – we both want to grow our business and to be the best there is in our respective fields. The Football Club which encompasses Community Moors has already done so much for the local community and that is our aim as well. We want to be regarded a socially minded estate agent that supports local clubs and initiatives – our shirt sponsorship of Solihull Moors is a major step on that journey.”

Moors Chairman, Trevor Stevens, is equally as optimistic;

“The name John Shepherd is synonymous with property matters in the Solihull Borough and beyond. The company is expanding and is keen, like us, to play an active role in the social well being of the area. I am proud that they have agreed to be our shirt sponsors over the next three years – it should be an exciting experience for us both.”

Going forward, we see this as an absolutely wonderful opportunity to give something back and show our support for the local community and to start building relationships with people across the midlands. We’re hoping for an exciting and successful season filled with goals, clean sheets and silverware.
